i hugely enjoyed working on this last piece for 2020. unusually enough for me, this one took quite a bit of time – more so in planning than in actually working on it.


also, even more unusual, „don’t we all“ is a very calm piece. calm in visualization, in execution and in perception. once your eyes examined the twirls and shapes, the blunt use of empty space on canvas invites you to rest and ponder what’s in front of you.
